I found the most beautiful, certified pre-owned, Not only did Bill Quaday help me find the car of my dreams, but he also helped me in a time of need. I found the most beautiful, certified pre-owned, 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback in flame blue. Bill was very honest with the deal and did not pressure me in anyway. Three weeks after my purchase the car was involved in a flash flood!! Luther Brookdale Toyota was so supportive of me during this time. Duane from the service center called me anytime there was an update on my vehicle. After finding out the vehicle was deemed totaled, I returned to the dealership with very low hopes... I knew my previous car was a certified pre-owned and the odds of finding that again was slim. Bill pulled some strings and made it possible for me to get the car of my dreams again. He, and the dealership, knew I lost a decent amount of money after the loss of my first car. They did what they could to ensure I didn't have to settle. This dealership could have made so much more money off of me if they wanted to, but they aren't about that. They are genuine people who just want to help you. Big thanks to Bill for helping me, not only once, but twice. More

Straight forward & hassle free After finding the certified used vehicle online we were interested in, my wife went to the dealership and walked around the used lot looking at vehicl After finding the certified used vehicle online we were interested in, my wife went to the dealership and walked around the used lot looking at vehicles without any sales person contact for 10-15 minutes. Upon going inside she asked to speak to someone and was randomly handed off to Moe and took a test drive. That experience was not a great one due to Moe’s lack of interest in engaging the customer, my wife. He gave the sense it was a take it or leave it thing. Skipping ahead, we really wanted to take another look at this same vehicle but with someone who was a better sales person so we looked at the dealership on DealerRater to find a sales person who would be easy to work with. We found many recommendations for Bill Quaday and he did not disappointment. Bill made time for us, was interested in what we wanted and did not want, and he went above and beyond several special requests before purchasing the vehicle. In essence, Bill didn’t look at us as a dollar symbol or customer but as someone he wanted to help find the right vehicle based on our circumstances regardless of the time and energy it took on his part. Bill was straight forward with no b.s. and it was a smooth transaction. Thanks, Bill! You’re the man! David Moe in finance was also easy to work with, was patient, and informative when closing the deal. Both Bill and David were comfortable answering the tough questions too without getting ruffled. Thanks to Bill and David. Lastly, the dealership was very clean and was very family friendly both with having a separate kids area in the lounge but more importantly having grace with loud children around when the sales process can take some time. More

Service I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. My 2014 Tundra, had an issue with a failing radio. It had lost Blue tooth and Navigation. I was told i I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. My 2014 Tundra, had an issue with a failing radio. It had lost Blue tooth and Navigation. I was told it needed an upgrade. Joshua Tousignant took care of all my worries! Everything works great now and he did not break the bank. More
