We brought our car in to replace a flat tire and they damaged our car, did not call us as instructed prior to replacing the tire and did not put a piece back properly on our Denali. Easy and quick My first time dropping my car off for inspection was easy. I drove in, dropped my car off and walked in to the service representatives. They were friendly and I was immediately taken care of and entered into the system. They got me out quickly which I greatly appreciated - no wait. When it came time to pick up my representative guided me to the cashiers office and answered my questions - experience = A+. More
