I had a great experience with George McMickle and Bernard Birch. I went in after seeing a car online and took it for a test drive. This dealership is very misleading and not customer friend. They clearly make it know that they only car about maximizing their profits by any means necessary. They present customers with the worst fin friend. They clearly make it know that they only car about maximizing their profits by any means necessary. They present customers with the worst financing terms. They will not allow you to purchase a car unless you negotiate a price for the extended warranty. Finally, they will not a let you pay for the car completely in cash because they want you to finance and add money to their profits. Also, they will try to force you to use Nissan financial. They aren't really trying to help you. Please avoid this dealership and any other dealership that may operate like this. Do not allow them to sell you anything. Just walk and out and find a dealership that will treat you like a person. Please do your research before you step into these dealerships. They do not really have your best interests in mind. More

This dealership has a great selection of new and pre-owned vehicles. We were able to look at the pre-owned inventory online so knew exactly what we wanted. DO NOT do business with this dealership.I went in to DO NOT do business with this dealership. I went in to speak to them about a car I saw online. Sat down for an hour, was ready to make a purchase aft DO NOT do business with this dealership. I went in to speak to them about a car I saw online. Sat down for an hour, was ready to make a purchase after we went through all the numbers. They tried to of course add a $3,995 certified fee but I assure them I went to multiple Nissans and the cost was $1,995. They agreed with me and and then added their taxes, documentation fees, and DMV fees. They tried to sell me a DMV for $500. Let's be real, DMV price starts at $270 so we got that lowered. The guy went into speak to his manager and said we can't sell you the car because we're selling you the car for too low! WHAT!? Then they have the nerve to say if you go through our finance center, we can sell you the car. They take MCU bank but did not want to. That's illegal! They make a profit when you go through their bank. I walked out and told them I was calling consumer affairs and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. The next morning I go on the website and they upped the price of the car by $1,000! I took pictures of the price listed from the night before. Crazy! They also spoke right in front of me, arguing with the sales person on why DID they show me a lower price. That they don't make money when I pay for the $1,995 certified fee. Which is BS anyway because that's their pocket money but I went along with it. HORRIBLE! More

This dealership is a joke. I've read nothing but bad reviews. Both Bret and Bernard are liars. They charged me more than the car was worth and ran my credit even though it was already ran with my capita reviews. Both Bret and Bernard are liars. The put me with some random loan company (global lending services, which I still haven't heard back from and they also have bad reviews). They told me to lie to the loan company as well regarding how I paid the down payment. I didn't receive no copies of the paperwork I signed on 7/2/21. That is unacceptable. I did ask for copies but Bernard told me I had to wait. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE! Bret also got into an argument with my husband on the phone and threatened and mentioned troops to handle us after us trying to return the car because they lied. I have no paperwork for the purchase of my car except for a receipt. STILL WAITING. More

First time here for me! Had bad experience with a previous dealership a week prior and arrived here a bit skeptical as what to expect. Even the finance portion of our purchase, usually concerning and stressful, went well, thanks to Bernard who made everything transparent and explainable. High five!!! More

My daughter was looking for a used Nissan Rogue, which we found at RT. 46 Nissan at a good price. We travel 1 1/2 hrs each way, two days, only to be bamboozled. Let me explain; Rick Torres, our salesman, was found at RT. 46 Nissan at a good price. We travel 1 1/2 hrs each way, two days, only to be bamboozled. Let me explain; Rick Torres, our salesman, was very nice showing us the car, and my daughter decided she wanted to purchase the 2017 Rogue SL at the internet price of $19395.00. Great price, but this is where the game starts. Rick told us that if we finance through their bank, the car would have to be dealer certified, which cost an extra $3995.00. We did not want to pay that extra amount, Rick and the finance salesman made this seem this was the only way to purchase the car, so we told Rick we would get our own financing without the dealer's certification. They said, ok, call us back if you obtain financing. My daughter and I left and went to our bank, which gave her a good rate; she called Rick the same day and left a message. We returned the next day and were told by the sales manager Bernard that the only way to purchase the car is to finance through them. I pointed out to Bernard and Rick that they needed to get their act together because none of these bogus requirements was listed on their website. BUYER BEWARE!!! More

The showroom was beautiful and clean. I was glad to see all the agents were masked and social distancing. I made a fabulous purchase of a 2021 Nissan Rogue and am very happy with it.
