Great buying experience. Prompt response and updates on delivery. Were reachable and also very detailed on add ons and options. 1/31 - Reducing the rating for the referral experience i had. Referred a friend to this dealership. This dealership have an referral reward program. They forgot to fill the form at initial stage of purchase which I filled later by going to the dealership. Still have not got the reward and the person who is responsible for his process is not picking calls. Not a nice referral experience. I am following up for last 2 months. Thanks More

Bought a new car recently. Ben Root and Bri Garay were great and made it easy. Contacted every dealer in state looking for a certain make and model and Hartford Toyota promised Ben Root and Bri Garay were great and made it easy. Contacted every dealer in state looking for a certain make and model and Hartford Toyota promised I'd get it the quickest. I was skeptical but they kept to their word. The whole process was super easy. I'd recommend going to them. More

This is my third review your computers must not been receiving them.
