Richie, Ben, and Bri made the car buying process beyond easy and stress-free. I found exactly what I wanted and they helped me to purchase it. The process was no more than an hour and a half long and I was easy and stress-free. I found exactly what I wanted and they helped me to purchase it. The process was no more than an hour and a half long and I was busy test-driving, changing my insurance to the new car, and ultimately completely the sales paperwork that the time flew by. I absolutely love my new car and would recommend anyone looking for a new car to check out Hartford Toyota. Ben Root made my first car purchase an easy, no stress experience. He was so nice, patient, & answered all of my questions & concerns. It really helped me to feel informed & comfortable driving it off the lot (having seriously upgraded from a 22yo car). Bri was awesome too! She was so patient and helpful. She was able to get me down to a more reasonable APR/price & explained all of the fees, package deals, and paperwork. Just an overall great experience from the test drive, to purchasing and driving it home! They are a great team! I would definitely recommend Ben, and Bri specifically as sales people, & the Hartford Toyota Superstore dealership, to others! More
