My wife and I were looking for a new car to replace our current vehicle that was at the end of the lease. Harold assisted us with driving various vehicles so that we could decide which one would best suit current vehicle that was at the end of the lease. Came to explore options on a new car purchase. Harold Varner took control and went to work for me as soon as he introduced himself. He stuck with us through the whole process and by the end of the visit Varner took control and went to work for me as soon as he introduced himself. He stuck with us through the whole process and by the end of the visit I was in a new car with a decent rebate and trade-in price for my old car. I would recommend the McKenny dealership to anyone and will be sending prospective buyers their way in the future. I also noticed how even other salesmen were quick to greet me walking in and out of the showroom to make sure I was taken care of, even though Harold was handling our deal. That shows great teamwork among the sales staff and overall customer service atmosphere. More

Started off by contacting them through internet and they were very helpful in getting the car ready cause I was working and didn't have alot of time to wait around when I got there it was sitting there read were very helpful in getting the car ready cause I was working and didn't have alot of time to wait around when I got there it was sitting there ready to go as promised we drove the truck and salesman answered all my questions and we got back they worked on the financing got it done quickly while the salesman took me on a tour of the place. the service manager was really nice and told me everything they did to the truck when it came in. We went back and signed the papers on it. I have bought cars from McKenney when he had dealership in Kings Mountain and still to this day buy all my cars from McKenney. I drove by Carter in Shelby to get to Mckenney for the service and the nice employees he has there. Thanks for the wonderful experience as always. Keith More
