I left the dealership's Service department feeling like we didn't get taken care of. The main reason for my vehicle going in was recalls and airbag light is on. As soon as I got the vehicle home, the light we didn't get taken care of. The main reason for my vehicle going in was recalls and airbag light is on. As soon as I got the vehicle home, the lights came back on. Now it is the airbag and the engine light. My vehicle was in this shop longer than the dealership planned. The dealership made a mistake with the alternator and A/C compressor causing the costs to come out of MY pocket. The agent assigned to my vehicle was not helpful but rather lacking the true customer service aspect of the dealership. BLUF: This review comes from the hefty price tag that this dealership charged me in the labor alone and the main problem didn't even get fixed. So, when and where can I get $2000 worth of mechanic labor, made right by LCJD? More

Had oil change and tires rotated, which was to include the "multipoint inspection" that your website states includes checking tire pressures and topping off fluids. After the tire rotation, the tire pr the "multipoint inspection" that your website states includes checking tire pressures and topping off fluids. After the tire rotation, the tire pressure was not corrected, as the the front tires are to be at 65 and the rear at 80. Tire pressure monitor notified me of the issue next day. Popped the hood and the coolant tank was at the minimum line, not the maximum line as expected, therefore the fluids were not topped off. Makes me wonder what else wasn't performed properly? More

The service manager is awesome always willing to make things right when there’s a mistake made. The service advisors are always helpful in getting you in, in a timely manner and helping answer any questi things right when there’s a mistake made. The service advisors are always helpful in getting you in, in a timely manner and helping answer any questions you may have. Parts people are always trying to go out of their way to ensure that they can get you the parts you need when you need them and not 3 months from when you actually need them. My only criticism is that one tech needs to slow down a bit and not be in such a rush to finish a job that they over look simple things. It all got fixed and everything but he just needs to slow down a bit especially on the big jobs and make sure that everything is done the way it’s supposed to be. Other than that, it’s the only service center I will take my vehicles to get fixed. More

It was an extremely difficult experience. My warranty information was lost and needed to be given too the service admin personnel on three occasions over 8 days. The lack of communication on My warranty information was lost and needed to be given too the service admin personnel on three occasions over 8 days. The lack of communication on how long they would have my vehicle there prevented me from using my warranty to get a rental vehicle and put unnecessary strain on my household. This is a service i paid for with the extended warranty and I was unable to use this benefit due to there disorganization. The determination for my diagnostic was that my oil filter housing was leaking ( needed a new oil filter ) this process took 8 days. I will say that the service manager did get in contact with me to address my issues but surprisingly I was not offered any reduction in cost or compensation, which I normally am not one to ask for but I was limited on how I could utilize my warranty benefits due to the fact they "lost/misplaced the information in the notes". They were very nice and the facility was clean. The work was done well but not in a timely manner. The service manager seems to sincerely care about improving the quality of service at this dealership but I did feel I could have been better compensated for my troubles. More

Very clean waiting area, Barbara was a great help, kept me updated on all concerns. Was in and out in about 1:15 hours. Nothing was hidden. Very upfront with any issues or questions.
