We highly value the opportunity to service your vehicle and want to express our gratitude for trusting us with your automotive needs. It appears that we didn't get the tire pressures correct after we rotated them. This will be an opportunity for myself to do some coaching with our team to ensure that doesn't happen again. Regarding the coolant level, the techs are trained if it's between full and min not to top it off because the fluid level in the sealed cooling system will expand and contract during degas operations. What we don't want to do is create an overfilled condition and cause fluid to exit the system causing the appearance of a leak.
