I bought an acura mdx (a car that had been traded) and the service was excellent! Aris in particular was extremely responsive and helped me handle the transaction, mostly remotely. Even after the purcha the service was excellent! Aris in particular was extremely responsive and helped me handle the transaction, mostly remotely. Even after the purchase aris was extremely helpful in getting new tags. I cannot recommend this dealership and Aris enough!! More

I would like to personally thank Vincent O'Donnell and Sunil Deonarian for the excellent customer service. I am always apprehensive when purchasing a new vehicle. The experience with these guys was relaxed and no pressure. I hadn't planned on leaving with a vehicle the same day buy they made the process so smooth, I did end up leaving with a new vehicle the same day. Sunil was able to answer the many questions I had since this was a hybrid vehicle vs. a 100% gasoline engine. The dealership manager was very engaging and wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, including financing. As a team, they made it happen and I am a very happy customer. More

Purchased a vehicle in August 2021 - had a great experience with Atanas - guy is a great salesman best they have by far!! I had an issue getting plates for my vehicle and after 6 months of the deal experience with Atanas - guy is a great salesman best they have by far!! I had an issue getting plates for my vehicle and after 6 months of the dealership trying and us being unsuccessful the dealership provided stellar service the entire time and literally bought the car back which they didn’t have too. I was very pleased with the service the entire Audi Silver Spring staff provided ! If in the market for an Audi definitely consider this dealership 5 star service. More
