Aris is a miracle worker! ! I have been in touch with my original car dealer (carmax) and the 800 Audi help number (several times) and no one could connect my car to my mobil ! I have been in touch with my original car dealer (carmax) and the 800 Audi help number (several times) and no one could connect my car to my mobile device. Aris was able to complete this and get me going. His patience , professionalism and general care for his clients is above and beyond exceptional. He kept working at the problem and always kept me updated until the problem was solved. The entire Silver Spring staff has been nothing but kind and courteous. I highly recommend this dealership and service department and am one very satisfied customer!! More

Aris was solid but a tad disorganized and did not return some of my correspondences (albeit on this OFF day) and did not offer home delivery sadly. I expected better. I appreciated the service I received, from the minute I walked in to when I left the dealership with my new car. I was never kept waiting, I explained to Aris what I was looking for (between the Q3 and Q5) walked in to when I left the dealership with my new car. I was never kept waiting, I explained to Aris what I was looking for (between the Q3 and Q5), I test drove both vehicles, and he explained the benefits and differences between each model. I also told Aris I really wanted the brown interior and he found me one! Even the financing portion was decidedly less painful than I expected. Tim (I believe that was his name) explained everything in a way I could understand exactly what he was offering and what benefits I’d gain from the services. I love my new Q5 so far, and would definitely recommend this dealership and Aris. More

I recently purchased my first car with Brian at Audi Silver Spring. Brian was nothing short of amazing!! My daughter was getting restless as the paperwork portion takes some time, he was quick to bring Silver Spring. Brian was nothing short of amazing!! My daughter was getting restless as the paperwork portion takes some time, he was quick to bring her a coloring book, snacks and engaged with her to make her feel comfortable and apart of the process as well. Brian was so understanding about this being my first car purchase, Brian did not make me feel pressured to buy, but instead listed to all of my hesitations and reassured me in all of my doubts and questions. Brian truly went above and beyond helping me navigate my financial loan through Audi and just was overall extremely patient and kind. I am so happy with my Audi! More
