My experience with Hyundai while mostly with Eric, our salesperson was superb. Eric is clearly the 'face' of Hyundai. I was hesitant when engaging in a new care search vs.purchasing my leased Hyndai veh salesperson was superb. Eric is clearly the 'face' of Hyundai. I was hesitant when engaging in a new care search vs.purchasing my leased Hyndai vehicle. Eric immediately engaged in very personaable interaction, answered all questions, made incredibly important comparisons that resulted in my purchasing a new 2022 Hyundai Tuscon. I would rate his customer service skills among the best I've ever encountered. He's a marvelous source of information, wonderfully engaging, and has the kind of integrity and honesty that any customer would be priveliged to have him on their side. A wonderful communicator, he continually kept us up to date as we awaited the delivery of the car due to supply chain issues. I would have rated Eric 10 stars had they been available! Also, your dealership is among the most organized and professional I've encoiuntered and in dealing with the financial arrangements, the process was so efficient, it was incredible admirable. Everything agreed upon was exactly as stated and we' are estactic with our purchase. I will recommend Danbury Hyundai to all firends, family and others who are in need of purchasing a new or used care. More

Purchased a Hyundai Tucson a few years ago, ran into an issue for the Blue link that I require a copy of the Bill of sale. Contacted Danbury Hyundai 6 times so far and have yet to have them assist me. issue for the Blue link that I require a copy of the Bill of sale. But, Don't expect customer service or any sort of service after your purchase. Terrible Customer service retention skills. I will not return More

The team at Danbury Hyundai was all around fantastic. Jose, in specific, took being my representative way above and beyond what I could have even expected! He helped me decide what I wanted, had patience with me as I tried so many out, gave me incredible, honest insight on cars I had looked at elsewhere, and made me feel valued as a customer. He came in on his day off to assist with the purchase and be there to support me in this big step. And, beyond that, came out to pick me up from the car rental drop off decently far from the dealership, so I wouldn’t have to get a ride or an Uber. It was seriously above what any representative I have ever spent time with at other dealerships, 20x over. He is an incredible asset to the team, and Danbury Hyundai is very fortunate to have him on their floor! Thank you Jose, you made this experience that I was dreading into a really awesome, enjoyable one! More
