Good experience, no wait, friendly staff. I am not always happy to go to a service center or deal with customer service in general but the experience was good and I would do again. happy to go to a service center or deal with customer service in general but the experience was good and I would do again. The only reason I give 4 stars on experience and customer service is because of the length of time I had to deal with going back and forth on my issue, other than that, in the end my experience turned out gr service is because of the length of time I had to deal with going back and forth on my issue, other than that, in the end my experience turned out great. I started with purchasing a brand new vehicle from White Plains Honda, which had a vibration in the steering wheel and car at highway speeds of an average 60+ on the test drive. After they agreed on the deal to fix the issue I went ahead and purchased the vehicle. They took the car into their service department the very next day and said all that was needed is balancing. The car felt a little better, yet the issue was not eliminated. The vibrating continued. Long story short, I was back and forth and back and forth for 6 months with this issue wondering why they didn’t just replace the wheels already, as I requested, instead of trying to repair them over and over again. White Plains seemed as they were beating around the bush. FINALLY, I get a chance to address my concerns to the dealership manager Brian, and he has me get assisted directly by Anthony Petito at Paragon Honda service. For some reason he is the only one who made perfect sense. He believed, why keep putting a band-aid on it when you can just replace the wheels, which is exactly what I was thinking. He was very understanding in the fact that it is a brand new vehicle and that the issue will be completely be resolved if they just replace the wheels for me. They ordered the parts and no more than a couple days later I was able to go back and have the wheels replaced for brand new ones out of the box. He had the technician named Kenny test-drive my car before replacing the wheels. Kenny was also great! While others test-drove the car making me feel like I was imagining the vibration, he immediately was able to tell there was a problem with the wheels even before hitting 60mph. You can tell this guy knows what he’s doing. He even noticed when breaking that there was also slight vibration and replaced the breaks for me as well free of charge! From now on I will just deal with Anthony and Kenny for maintenance and issues with my Honda. For now my problems are all fixed! More

I have been bringing my 2003 Honda Accord here ever since the day I purchased it from them. Service has always been outstanding, I always drive away extremely satisfied with a happy smile. Today my service w the day I purchased it from them. Service has always been outstanding, I always drive away extremely satisfied with a happy smile. Today my service was above and beyond (oil change plus/inspection/detail vehice), My 10 year old car looked, smelled, and drove like I just purchased a brand new car. The detailing even removed milk stains that I thought would never come out. Yet again another wonderful experience! More

I have been taking my car to Paragon Honda for service for about 3 years now. The very first time I went in, I needed to have my left side mirror fixed. When I got my car back, I had a new mirror but it w for about 3 years now. The very first time I went in, I needed to have my left side mirror fixed. When I got my car back, I had a new mirror but it wasn't working correctly. I let the service desk know and Anthony Petito assisted me in getting the work fixed. He was very friendly and personable. He took my car back and fixed the problem. But the way he handled it and has handled my business for the past 3 years is the reason why I keep coming back to Honda. He makes bringing my car in for service a pleasant experience, because in the past it has been something I have always dreaded. I mean, who enjoys taking their car in for service? Anyways, he treats his customers with such kindness and is completely diligent in making sure you are happy with the work. I even moved an hour away and still drive all the way to Queens because I wont take my car anywhere else. More

I took my 03 Odyssey I'm for servicing on June 22nd and had the pleasure of working with Edwin Chiong and Anthony Petito. As a longtime customer of Paragon, I cannot rave enough about how great their s and had the pleasure of working with Edwin Chiong and Anthony Petito. As a longtime customer of Paragon, I cannot rave enough about how great their service department is. My service advisor always greets me with a smile and by name. The service manager is always friendly and hospitable. They truly treat you like family. I drive quite a distance and ignore closer dealerships in favor of visiting Paragon for service and repair of my Odyssey. I will continue to work with Anthony and Edwin as they are absolute gentlemen. More

When my 2008 Pilot was “totaled” in the recent flood, I had to get another one immediately because I’m handicapped and have difficulty walking. So I made a list of everything I wanted in a new (2013) Pilot had to get another one immediately because I’m handicapped and have difficulty walking. So I made a list of everything I wanted in a new (2013) Pilot and the price I was willing to pay and went to Paragon. Not only did they agree to my price, but they got me the truck that afternoon! They called every warehouse to find the exact vehicle I wanted, found one in Brooklyn and had it driven over immediately, did the Motor Vehicle and auto insurance paperwork, and processed my new lease all within six hours. And everyone who helped me was considerate, courteous, and respectful. I really recommend Paragon. More

I have to admit to my ups and downs with Paragon Honda, since I bought my pre-owned certified Honda Accord.I frankly believe now, that they stand behind their "moto" to provide an excellent experience and since I bought my pre-owned certified Honda Accord.I frankly believe now, that they stand behind their "moto" to provide an excellent experience and care! I received a wonderful service and attention to my concerns (the car needed new tires), and was treated with undersatnding. I trully believe, that Anthony Petito who, was helping me, was just a great listener, and the communicator to have everything done in timely and professional manner. I absolutely recommend this dealership and service department to those who can't make up their mind. And to those who didn't have a positive experience with Paragon, just ask yourselves, if that was just one person who din't have the best day at work (it happens to all of us:),and don't give up hope:) More

I went to 5 Honda dealerships to figure out which SUV I wanted and how little I could pay for it. The people at Paragon were the most helpful. The salesman was very polite and attentive (and patiently an wanted and how little I could pay for it. The people at Paragon were the most helpful. The salesman was very polite and attentive (and patiently answered my questions and took me out for test drives). But even if he wasn’t, I still would have bought the Pilot I drove with him because Paragon offered the lowest price. What I paid Paragon for a new Pilot (with all the upgraded features) was several thousand dollars less than I would have paid at local and regional competitors. I had had a very positive experience and I got the truck I wanted at the price I wanted. And they did my DMV work right there very quickly. I also had a good experience with the Honda Finance Manager at Paragon. More

I purchased a new Honda Accord from Paragon Honda, about two years ago after, visiting numerous other Honda dealerhips in the New York area.Very early on I noticed that these were a competent and customer-f two years ago after, visiting numerous other Honda dealerhips in the New York area.Very early on I noticed that these were a competent and customer-friendly group.I was even more impressed when I went to the Service Dept. for the car's first scheduled maintenance service. The customers are treated as if they were special guests at some five stars hotel. After you drive to the receiving area of the Service Department,smartly dressed Service Advisors greet you as you exit your vehicle.They then accompany you to their desks. They politely get you comfortably seated. Now,they patienly go over your car problems with you and give you an honest evaluation. They then direct you to their extremely clean and inviting ,multi TV sets equipped waiting room where,hot coffee tea and an assortment of buttered bagels are available, courtesy of Paragon Honda. By now, I have been going to the Service Dept. for a long time. The Manager, Anthony Petito, takes care of the customers as if their problems were his own personal issues. Mr. Petito is also very concerned about the cleanliness of his establishment. I have observed him,in between attending to customers,go aroung and doing janitorial work. I was surprised to learn that he's only the Manager of the Service Dept.,not the owner of the dealership. I also should mention George Carlson, the very competent and customer-friendly Manager of the Body Shop. These guys are the best. Because of Anthony Petito, George Carlson and their well trained staffs, Paragon Honda is the place to do business with. More
