This dealership’s service department is beyond crooked. They quoted me an absurd amount t of money to replace spark plugs, 4x what it should be. There were many other items that were quoted way above mark They quoted me an absurd amount t of money to replace spark plugs, 4x what it should be. This the 3rd Honda CRV that I bought from you and every single time I have problems with the additional insurance that I bought from Honda financial. This car I bought 2years ago I purchased additional 3 i single time I have problems with the additional insurance that I bought from Honda financial. This car I bought 2years ago I purchased additional 3 insurances for the amount of $5500 and Honda maintenance doesn’t change a damaged tire or change a filter telling me that is not covered by the insurance. I bought brand new car and is under the warranty and with 3aditional insurance is still not covered. My experience with Honda Paragon maintenance and financial is not great, I see as a form of abuse. I got there at 5:35 for a 6pm oil change appointment. That turned into a 4 1/2 hour ordeal. No one checked me in for 45 minutes. Then it took 3 hours to be seen. I asked them to look into my TPMS warning That turned into a 4 1/2 hour ordeal. No one checked me in for 45 minutes. Then it took 3 hours to be seen. I asked them to look into my TPMS warning. They said I had a mail in the tire. They put in a plug instead of changing the tire. My TPMS light has been on for 5 weeks because they didn’t fix the leak! I went to another dealership to fix it only to be told they can’t honor the tire warranty & to go back to my home dealership. Now I’m waiting for someone to call me to get a loaner so I can get the tire changed. I got the car in July! This service is horrible More

So initially I was really upset about some issues I was having with cpo 2016 Honda Accord, and the service center. After just a few hours , I was called back and Denise reached out to my finance dept ans having with cpo 2016 Honda Accord, and the service center. After just a few hours , I was called back and Denise reached out to my finance dept ans go the extra steps needed to have my car repaired,and had the manager Alex reach out to me as well. He asked that I bring my vehicle in and I did the very next morning. Alex and Denise greeted me listened to my issues and immediately had a technician on working on my vehicle. After just a short time he came out and explained exactly what the issue was and offered me the solutions to fix my vehicle. After my recent experience with the service department and Denise and Alex I will most definitely be purchasing another vehicle from paragon Honda. I am currently sitting in their office and elated that my vehicle will be repaired. The both of these employees have gone above and beyond to listen to me and help me, and address my issues and concerns and finally make me happy satisfied customer. I will definitely recommend paragon Honda and their cpo vehicles and their service center. More
