Recently, the time had come for me to get a new car. I had been driving a 2011 Chevy Malibu for 12 years. During that time, I had brought it to Quality for service occasionally. Those experiences plus renting a Chevy Traverse (and liking it very much) in Summer 2023 for a roadtrip factored into me buying my 2021 Chevy Traverse at Quality. Joe Vivolo was my sales rep. This guy is FANTASTIC! He answered all my questions, let me take a test drive solo, was transparent with the breakdown of the figures, assisted me with my insurance and I felt ZERO PRESSURE during the entire 3 hours I spent with Joe. Which explains why he's been Quality's employee of the year multiple times. I recommend Joe V to be your sales rep when you go there to buy your next car. And if you already own a Chevy and you live local, the service department does a superb job and the guys are very professional (Mike D and Mike K). While we're at it, the parts department is good too. Alex is the parts manager, he assisted me when my key fobs weren't working right in my old car. More

Salesman Brian Toal did not rest until he found me the car I wanted and followed up by driving the 352 miles roundtrip to bring it to me. He also answered my many questions and was always available to speak with me when I called. Technology master Gene Point was patient with this old woman as he explained all the new gadgetry I'd never had in any of my cars to date. (My trade-in was 20 years old!) Anthony Mongiovi, went over each document that needed to be signed and when I called with a question promptly got back to me to answer that question. It is obvious that this dealership knows how to hire people who reflect their high standards and values. More

New driver, pre-owned Malibu I leased a Chevy Trax 2 years ago from Quality Chevrolet and decided to take my son there to look for his first car. We were introduced to Gene and he showed us some new and used car options and explained the pros and cons of each. we were never rushed or pressured. After test driving a few different new and used cars and then discussing the price options we decided to go with a certified preowned 2016 Chevy Malibu hybrid. It is in excellent condition and my son loved all of the features in the car. It is a true luxury car. Thank you Gene! I’ll see you in May when my lease is up. More

Buying was a BREEEZE! I walked onto the lot for one truck, and left with something even better. I typically hate the car buying process, but this was the most stress free experiences that I have ever had. I was in and out of the management office in less than 25 minutes.
