My husband purchased a vehicle here and was promised free oil changes for as long as he owned the vehicle. During and after covid they reneged on the free oil changes. When I called to complain they basicall oil changes for as long as he owned the vehicle. During and after covid they reneged on the free oil changes. When I called to complain they basically said "too bad." We continuously get mailings from them and it only reminds me of what crooks they are. I've called countless times to get our name off the mailing list, still getting mailings. My husband passed away and I sold the vehicle. Today we received an email from Joseph Torre, Sales and Leasing Consultant wishing my husband a happy birthday. I emailed him back to say how unhappy we were with the reneging and that my husband passed and I sold the vehicle, and to please stop mailing us. Here is his awful response: "ALL YOU HAD TO DO TO TO UNSUBSCRIBE IS CLICK THE BUTTON AT BOTTOM OF PAGE GOD BLESS !!!!" What a disgrace. The fish rots from the head. Avoid this unethical establishment at all costs. More

Great Dealership came in looking for a vehicle. had a pretty poor experience earlier in the day with another dealership, so my expectations were not very high. i was c came in looking for a vehicle. had a pretty poor experience earlier in the day with another dealership, so my expectations were not very high. i was completely wrong. soon as i walked in i was met by Joe Torre (no relation to the yankees manager) and he showed me a malibu i fell in love with. he was very welcoming and extremely helpful. he didn't try and up sell me at all. he understood what i wanted and paid the process painless, fast and above all enjoyable. i will be a repeat customer for sure. More
