I went in to Lithia knowing what I wanted and was immediately greeted by an amazing team of people. The process was super fast and they made me feel so welcome. Very personal and courteous. I have shopped at several dealerships in the region and found that Lithia Hyundai is in a class by itself,. The personnel were very professional, esp I have shopped at several dealerships in the region and found that Lithia Hyundai is in a class by itself,. The personnel were very professional, especially Terry Peterson. He took time out to explain the details of the car, itemized almost everything and answered all my questions. If he was unable to answer them he would contact one of his associates who provided me with an answer. Terry is a valued employee and has my vote for salesman of the year! More
