Continues to be the Best Acura Dealership, Hands Down! DCH Acura is filled with people who care for you and your family. We have been going back to this dealership for several years now even though we have DCH Acura is filled with people who care for you and your family. We have been going back to this dealership for several years now even though we have two Acura's closer to our home. The quality of their customer service and the honesty they bring to the negotiation table is unmatched with any other place i have shopped or have been too. My wife was purchasing a new MDX A-spec and i was looking for a used car for my son which just got his license. They got numbers for us quickly and onces we where happy with the deals we arrived at DCH Acura where our new cars where ready to go! If you are looking for a new vehicle DCH Montclair Acura should be the first place you look, you will be treated like family there. Thanks to Annabel Galarza, Hassan , Luis Mendez , And Anthony Bollotta this is the dream team! Jamie was not in but i have to place him on the list of Greatest of All times but he was also super helpful in the past! Car Buying The experience was extremely pleasant. Richard listened to what I needed and made his best recommendation to help. He understood what I wanted and made sure that I didn’t purchase a vehicle outside of the limits I set prior to coming in. He stayed extra to make sure that I knew how to operate the car and assured me that he would be there to assist. Rich went above and beyond and made this experience extremely pleasant. Especially considering the lights went out 3 times due to him working with me 3 hours after closing lol. Thank you Rich, it was a pleasure. More
