Paul and Annabel are very responsive, helpful and polite. I actually found the dealership via Costco and ended up getting the a certified pre-owned MDX. Annabel was able to text me all the information (links I actually found the dealership via Costco and ended up getting the a certified pre-owned MDX. Annabel was able to text me all the information (links to cars I was interested in and questions I had) I needed as we were actually at another dealership and she spoke to me when I freed up. Few days later when I was able to get into their dealership, I met Paul and he helped me with the car purchase process. I test drove alone due to COVID-19 rules and had to make sure I brought my phone / Google Maps in case I got lost! Paul was very accommodating as we needed my wife to purchase under her name and we couldn't come in at the same time due having two infants constantly needing attention. Thank you Paul and Annabel! This is my 2nd ever lease with DCH Acura and my 2nd Acura working with Lora Moore! I returned an MDX 3 months early and although there weren't any incentives on the new TLX, the dealership bought out the MD working with Lora Moore! I returned an MDX 3 months early and although there weren't any incentives on the new TLX, the dealership bought out the MDX themselves to make the latest transaction happen! I now have a brand new, redesigned TLX that is just about the best commuting car I've ever had. Thanks to DCH for making it happen and for making it painless again! More

Very well customer based, If I were to be her boss I would’ve definitely given her a DECENT RAISE for what she did with me in leasing the two MDX’s! which took 4 hours of paper work!! Even though she was taking care of other customers; she still managed to make sure I am very well taken care of!! All car dealers should have at least 2 or 3 Annabels in their show room to fulfill customer satisfaction and most importantly dealers should acknowledge her extraordinary outstanding effort. If I walk in a showroom contemplating about which car to get and find the type of a decent and nice sales person like Annabel with her great soft skills, I will not think twice to take her recommendation! sometimes when us as customers we walk in wanting someone to guide and help with passion and treat as with respect and care.
