As far as oil changes or regular maintenance go I have found this dealership to be one of the best. I have bought 5 new dodge pickups over the last 11 years and I will never buy another one. They're all g found this dealership to be one of the best. I have bought 5 new dodge pickups over the last 11 years and I will never buy another one. They're all garbage in my opinion. I have spent way too much time taking brand new trucks in to be repaired. The technicians repairing these vehicles have no pride in their work. They do not clean up after themselves or fully complete the job. There is no quality control here. More

Angela in service has terrible customer service. She was rude and awful to deal with. She scoffed at me on the phone when she was wrong about my appointment time. Got mad and hung up on my husband w She was rude and awful to deal with. She scoffed at me on the phone when she was wrong about my appointment time. Got mad and hung up on my husband when he confronted her about approving a new cabin air filter when it wasn’t. He asked to only check and see if it actually needed changing and to tell him if it did. Hyundai would do that for us. Check to see if that or the air filter needed replacement. ($60 for installing a new cabin air filter is outrageous) Thankfully a Manager in Sales came to our rescue and reversed the charges for us. The kind of service my vehicle needed was easy but she made the whole interaction awful. It really didn’t need to be that way over silly little things that could have been solved with a nicer attitude. I will not be going back to this service center because of her, which is a shame because the rest of the people there are great. More
