I spoke to the GM, John B on the phone about 3-4 weeks ago. I have fully reflected on how that phone call went down. What feelings I felt while listening to John’s “ Apology” and his own reflections of the situation. I can tell you fully heartedly the 15 min phone call was a complete waste of time. Time I will never get back. I listen to the same fake apology I got from the service manager Peter or whatever his name is. The GM had me explain my side of the story. As soon as I got to the warranty part of my story (about the rim that needed changing) and he had the audacity to say “oh yeah the warranty you have used on your tires many times”. That caught me off guard. I had to think for a moment if indeed I have used it or not? Guess what who tf cares!? What is the reason for saying that? Well of course it some sort of deflection. GM why tf does it matter if I have used my warranty countless times or not!? Isn’t that why you guys PUSH extended warranty onto your customers and then you want to act surprised that I want to use it? And you can guess how the rest of the conversation went? Toyota Lynn does not like to take full accountability for their actions. Although unlike the service manager the GM did apologize and did recognized what their tech did wasn’t correct and they don’t tolerate joy rides etc etc. he did try to gaslight me like the service manager. Trust me I get it. You gotta defend your company. But not when I have all the evidence of the foul things this Toyota did to me. Both my parents have bought cars here. I Bought my car here (brand freaking New. 0 miles) and this is how I get treated? I have deeply reflected on our conversation John B, you said sorry but your intentions and the integrity of Toyota of Lynn was fully on display. Your true colors are showing John. John I keep thinking about what other people in my situation would have done. And you should consider yourself extremely lucky that I am calm, that I like to respect others the way I want to feel respected. Anyone else would try to sue etc. (I Have already contacted a lawyer) John, how do you think some one else would have reacted if you had them waiting in the waiting room for a long time then after being called up thinking the nightmare is finally over. You have to make a u-turn right back into the lot bc the noise is still there.. my god. You’re lucky I was too calm that day. Toyota of Lynn I leave you with this. I been to expressway Toyota twice (just recently) and wow you cannot compare. They are MILES ahead. Do better.

Hello, There may be some misunderstanding as to the value of the car. We price our vehicles based on several factors including the current market as well as the vehicle's history and condition. This vehicle is a little unique in that availability is somewhat limited and the sample is small. This car is the lowest priced within 150 miles. It's unfortunate that the car ran out of gas causing the lights to come on. We did run full diagnostics, and nothing is wrong with the vehicle. We did fully examine this car and hired an independent body shop to ensure any previous repair was done properly and there is no existing damage. We always allow customers to have a third-party inspection if requested. Unibody vehicles are very easily flagged with damage on Carfax as many points of even minor damage will be considered "structural" on a unibody vehicle. Unfortunately, we were unable to meet your requested value. KBB and other sources price this vehicle at $27-30k, of which we were at the low end of that value. Our prices are transparent and hassle-free, without much wiggle room. The online marketplace makes it easy for customers to shop for preowned vehicles and determine valuations and we always price accordingly. Customer Care Atlantic Toyota
