I’ve raised three amazing sons and have a circus of furry friends – two very large dogs and my sweet kitties. I’m an avid lover of photography, live music, Kundalini yoga, and belly dancing. Our second purchase from MBOTW Upgrading from a very nice BMW to our CLS550 was a great decision for us. Compatible rates, pleasant service I am usually skeptible to purchase a used vehicle and this guy was pretty adamant on making a sale to me (lol!) however Kriss Arbury is ready to lend I am usually skeptible to purchase a used vehicle and this guy was pretty adamant on making a sale to me (lol!) however Kriss Arbury is ready to lend an ear to hear your request and is ready find what you are looking for to meet your needs and actually delivered without a glitch or problem. I am 4 hours away one way, it was a long day that day but a very well worth it day. I am a very proud and happy owner of a purchase from Kris and his very enthusiastic team did assist with for my much dreaded but very happy ending car buying experience. More

Terrible service We had a very bad experience with Codyour the used car sales "manager". He was insisting that we purchase the car that first night after we had dr We had a very bad experience with Codyour the used car sales "manager". He was insisting that we purchase the car that first night after we had driven over an hour up to the woodlands. We mentioned that we were going to come back to the dealership the following morning after signing our financial agreement and with our companies mechanic to inspect the vehicle. We were also willing to put down a $12,000 deposit. He mentioned the company required full finances before we could drive out of the lot or he could save the car, however, Paula in financing allowed us drive off the lot the following day with only the $12,000 deposit. Cody made it clear he was not willing to work with us. He wanted us to finance through your dealership at I'm assuming a 4.5% interest rate or so as apposed to the 1.74% rate we agreed upon with our bank that he told me we would not be approved for (but we were). For obvious reasons this was not an option. Cody told me he would not sell the car to us the following day because he already had an agreement with another dealership that would pay him the same amount of $25,500 (this was clearly not a true statement or he would not have held the car). In response to his comment he "held the car twice for us", he actually only held the car once as far as I know. The next day I called several dealerships and could not find the same model of car at the price we wanted. I can assure you if I would have received another fair offer I would have done business with that company because of Cody alone. The next day I called back and Rosario informed me that the car was still available. Rosario was the best car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of buying a car from and I would recommend her to anyone I know buying a car. It is unfortunate that Cody has ruined this referal to her because she deserves every sale she signes due to her advanced customer service skills and genuine concern to the customers needs. She even offered to pay for the scratched rims out of her pocket to ensure we had complete satisfaction of the sale and with the company. For the reason that Cody had asked Rosario to pay for the rims we will not be returning to repair them. I believe the rim is a defect the company should be paying for themselves before selling any car. At least that is how every other dealership has worked in my experience. I believe we had a misunderstanding and thought that the rims would be repaired during the detailing process. When we signed the "as is" form I was told the vehicle was in detailing in the back where we were lead to believe the rims were being repaired, therefore did not realize the rims had not been repaired when signing the form. These series of events with Cody will effect how we review this company online and in the survey that is coming. We are highly unsatisfied with Cody as a "manager" and will not be returning to this headache of a dealership. More

Not just a "dealer" but a unique car buying experience. My wife and I primarily worked with Anthony Surface in sales and Arturo Gutierrez in finance with amazing service attitudes! Although, the whole staff was friendly as well and we will definitely continue to purchase with Mercedes Benz of the Woodlands in the future. Everything was completely straight forward and there were no hidden costs in our contract.. not like other horror stories that you hear about. The service and vehicle prices are not even as high as we thought. We recommend that everyone at least give them a shot, if you are in the market for a vehicle. More

When we drive in, they call us by name and take care of whatever needs doing, while we wait with complimentary drinks (soda, coffee, or water).
