My 14 years of Sales Experience have taught me to listen more to the customers’ needs and then answer these needs directly. As a product of Dale Carnegie training, winning friends & influencing people is a core concept of my Sales process. Traveled up from Toms River to purchase my second used car in the last 12 months from Smythe Volvo. Alon was very helpful, Francine got me a great rate and Jean was very knowledgeable and patent when goin car in the last 12 months from Smythe Volvo. Alec thoroughly walked me through all the features of my new vehicle which for me was a lot since I was upgrading from a 2009 model. Justin McKinney is incredibly knowledgable and has tremendous patience, having spent nearly an hour with us demonstrating all the new features and configuring our car to my wife's liking. Buying a car is usually an unpleasant activity, but Smythe has mastered the art of the customer experience.
