Stay away! You are nothing but a number and a sale to Matt and the dealership. Matt will tell you want you want to hear and no be truthful. Marco our salesman was great but their Service after the sale is horrible along with the service department. My check engine light came on with only 4800 miles on my vehicle, I haven’t even gotten my first sale is horrible along with the service department. My check engine light came on with only 4800 miles on my vehicle, I haven’t even gotten my first oil change, and had to replace the thermostat. On top of that they couldn’t get me in to get it looked at for 3 weeks! I was supposed to drive my brand new $37,000.00 vehicle 3 weeks with the check engine light on? Marco arranged with the Service department to get it in the next week and when I took the day off of work to drop my car off at 8:00 AM they had no clue I was coming in. I left the car like they told me to and a service person named Juan was rude when he called me at 5:00PM that to let me know my car would not be fixed or looked at until the next day. He practically hung up on me when I expressed my dissatisfaction and did not even care. If I didn’t have the complimentary oil change and tire rotation I would not step foot in the dealership let alone get my vehicle serviced there or recommend anyone I know to purchase a vehicle at Universal. More
