He presented us with all our options, including the BMW MSD program. Ultimately we made the decision on a 2015 demo at another dealership, that was not an option from Suburban. I felt like I had walked into a place where BMWs are a passion and definitely felt welcome. He let me get into the cars (even the i8) and showed me every single new feature> Very Knowledgeable. There are other BMW dealerships closer to me, but I actually drive an hour just to get here because I know I'm in good hands, and I trust the staff to take good care of me. The Sales Team is very polite, but also very knowledgeable about their vehicles. You don't get the sense that they are trying to pull one over on you, or that they are making things up because they don't know. They know these vehicles inside and out, and they're not afraid to prove it. The Service Team does an excellent job as well. The few times I've had my vehicle serviced, they've accommodated me in every way, shape and form. The service is always done in a timely manner, they're more than fair with their prices, and they provide excellent communication during the process so you know how your vehicle is doing, every step of the way. Most importantly, I've never felt cheated. Not once have I felt that they were trying to screw me, which is something everyone had heard horror stories about. They are very honest, and conduct themselves with the utmost integrity. More

Alex was not only polite, but he was incredibly knowledgeable about their vehicles as well. I do a lot of research before I even visit a dealership, so more often than not, I know more about the vehicle I'm interested in than the people selling me the car. In this instance however, Alex was the exception to the rule. He knew the vehicle inside and out, and showed me things I was completely oblivious to. Alex was also very accommodating to my schedule, and my budget. Buying a car can be a painful, confusing roller coaster full of anxiety and anguish, but Alex at BMW of Ann Arbor made it fun and easy. I will definitely be back in the future, and would recommend him to ANYONE looking for their next car. More

Alex knows about his product. My husband wanted to test drive a 5 series and loved that too. We didn't feel rushed or pressured. Alex was kind, considerate and answered all our questions patiently. Superior product and service My wife and I were in the market for a SUV. We were debating between the Audi Q5 and the BMW X3. Alex Upshur was the sales man we talked to. There are not enough good things I can say about Alex. He is the definition of service. Alex spent a easy two hours with us test driving and explaining the car. We never felt pushed to make a decision. It felt that Alex thought it was more important for us to understand what we were looking to buy then whether we were going to actually buy the car. Because of it, it is our feeling that Alex hands down has been one of the best car sales men we dealt with. The team,as well, was great. Mo Beidoun helped out as well. We stopped in the dealer ship and Alex was with a customer. Mo introduced himself and spent time with us answering our questions and making sure we were taken care of until Alex was free. All and all it was a great experance. I will be back to see Alex for my next car. More

Best dealer you want to meet once you are new to the town I am from Korea and just has arrived in Ann Arbor couple weeks ago, and I immediately needed a car with good deal. Then, I met Alex who not only provided all the answers for my questions but also never wasted my time dealing the price. Everyone has price in their mind for sure, and sometime it takes lots of time to negotiate deals and persuade managers for that price. Alex does great jobs communicating client's price into manager's bottom line price. In the end, I purchased X5 3 days after I made the first visit to the store. Great experience I worked with Alex in 2012 when I leased a 3 series BMW. When my lease was coming due, Alex contacted me and we setup time to come in so I could hear I worked with Alex in 2012 when I leased a 3 series BMW.
