We had a very bad experience at Yark BMW in Toledo, Ohio, and when I called Alex he was very cooperative, helpful, and informative. We didn't wind up buying the BMW, but will certainly revisit the BMW for our next car, and will go directly to Alex for the sale, even though we live in Sylvania, Ohio. More
