I recently purchased a car from Volkswagen of South Charlotte and I had the pleasure of working with Moe. I can't say enough good things about him! He was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly cared abou Charlotte and I had the pleasure of working with Moe. I can't say enough good things about him! He was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly cared about finding the right car for me. Moe took the time to listen to my needs and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. He was patient and never once pressured me into buying something I didn't want. I really appreciated his honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. Not only was Moe great during the sale, but he also followed up with me after to ensure that everything was going well with my new car. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and I have Moe to thank for that. If you're in the market for a new car, I highly recommend visiting Volkswagen of South Charlotte and asking for Moe. After a week of visiting several dealerships and receiving the same typical "car sales" experience, I was pleasantly surprised by how my first visit to Volkswagen of South Charlotte went. Within wha receiving the same typical "car sales" experience, I was pleasantly surprised by how my first visit to Volkswagen of South Charlotte went. Within what felt like seconds of stepping onto the lot, Moe was exceptional in his guidance on making sure I got top value for my trade and helping me find the perfect car to fit my needs. After Moe helped me find the car that had everything I was looking for (Taos), I was passed along to Brandon (sales manager) who was able to work out the perfect deal for me. To wrap things up, Alex in the finance department explained all of the financing aspects and helped me to understand the best options to protect my new car...and my safety! More
