My husband went to buy a used Jeep last Sunday. The salesman there pressured him quite a bit to make the deal that day saying things like, “what will it take to make this deal today” and “I want to get salesman there pressured him quite a bit to make the deal that day saying things like, “what will it take to make this deal today” and “I want to get you in this Jeep today. It was what we were looking for and they offered a fine deal on our trade in so he made the deal. After doing so, he was informed he wouldn’t be able to take the Jeep home right away as it still needed to be inspected. This is not the experience we have had before when we have bought used cars from Imperial. All past purchases, we were able to drive off the lot the same day. They brought my husband over to the finance department Sunday when making the deal where he spent hours doing the paperwork even though we were paying outright and not financing it. It seems the trouble was that the guys making the deal and doing the paperwork were both new and didn’t know what they were doing. Two days later, we still didn’t have the Jeep and the dealer called to say he was having trouble with the registration. Turns out he had written down the wrong insurance company and then waited two days to follow up. His incompetence and delays made us decide the cancel the deal and now Imperial is telling us it may take up to 10 days for them to refund our money. This is completely unacceptable. We have plans to move soon and need to get this done. The check has cleared our bank so it is too late for us to stop payment on it! We cannot go somewhere else to buy a Jeep until this money comes back to us. I went to the dealership today for a calm and polite conversation and the manager said there was nothing he could do for me. Not only that, he was insulting saying they don’t usually cancel purchases and only did this as a courtesy and that they followed all policies and protocols with the sale. Policy and protocol should not involve waiting two days after you have been paid to complete a sale and give the customer their product. There is entirely nothing that Imperial can do to improve my opinion of them at this point. They absolutely have enough money in petty cash to refund me on the spot and chose not to. What a bunch of crooks! More

Just wanted to let everyone know I had the best car buying experience I have ever had at Imperial Dodge Chrysler. I've work for other dealers for over 20 years and never received the kindness and curio buying experience I have ever had at Imperial Dodge Chrysler. I've work for other dealers for over 20 years and never received the kindness and curiosity as I did from Imperial.My salesman T.J was awsome so awsome in fact he even went down to Imperials Toyota store to put another awsome deal together for my sister and brother in law on a new Toyota. I'm so glad I went their to buy my van I drove past 3 other Chrysler dealers to get to Imperial. GO YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED. More

He has been there for years and has served in multiple roles and therefore knows the process inside and out. He was nothing but accommodating when it came to my needs. I can't imagine shopping anywhere else for a vehicle. I've purchased multiple vehicles from Imperial and the Aaron Jacobs/JP Carlo team is where it's at. I hate buying a car because I always feel like. I,m getting ripped off. I heard some good things about Ed Kelly at Imperial from my pals in JP so I gave him a call.
