Aaron was born on the banks of the Mighty Mill River in historic downtown Taunton and lives there to this day. He is the married father of fourteen-year-old twins. Aaron is such a distinctive, valuable presence at Imperial in part because he comes from the world of the humanities. He worked for ten years, for instance, in the home health field coordinating and supervising home health agency nurses, CNAs, and certified home health aides. He was responsible not only for overseeing the activities of the direct care staff but also working with consumers and their families to make sure his patients received their care from the very best professionals and always felt comfortable in their homes. He brings the same gentle, nurturing touch and soft, caring approach to Imperial Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.

top notch dealership! Unbelievable! We actually just enjoyed buying a car!!!! This past Wednesday around 6PM, after work, we walked into Imperial Chrysler just to look arou Unbelievable! We actually just enjoyed buying a car!!!! This past Wednesday around 6PM, after work, we walked into Imperial Chrysler just to look around. At 8pm we walked out having bought a 2011 pre owned Ford Fusion. Our salesman, Edward Kelly, was very upbeat, knowledgeable and professional..So we decided to buy a car with his guidance. After deciding to buy the car we were taken to Mike Walsh the finance guy who continued to make our experience enjoyable. He was also friendly, professional, and knew his stuff! Every member of the staff that walked by greeted us with a smile.. We were also glad that the manager did not come over and give us some big "mumbo jumbo" routine. He stated the facts to our salesman and that was it! Thanks you Imperial. You are a breath of fresh air. We have already recommended you to our friends and family. Thanks, Denis H. More

Great experience all around I visited the dealership looking to trade in my current vehicle, I explained to the Salesman (Ed Kelly) what I was looking for. Ed knew exactly what I visited the dealership looking to trade in my current vehicle, I explained to the Salesman (Ed Kelly) what I was looking for. Ed knew exactly what car he needed to bring to me to test drive and he couldnt have been more accurate. We talked numbers and I could not have been more happy with where we landed with the final number. Mike Walsh Jr in finance could not have been more friendly and honest with lease programs and what additional contracts I should by and why. I walked out of the dealership with my new vehicle with nothing but good things to say about Imperial. I will definitely be back in the future! More

My review 29JUL14 I decided after years of "purchasing" and trading in, I was going to try a lease. I did some searching on line for information, but in the end, having I decided after years of "purchasing" and trading in, I was going to try a lease. I did some searching on line for information, but in the end, having my salesman Ed Kelly help me through the plethora of information and comparisons, was much needed and appreciated. Ed was professional, while being friendly and open. He actually made vehicle shopping a pleasant experience. It's one of my least favorite things to do, so I was shocked how much better a friendly, knowledgable, salesman could improve the whole experience. Ed spent a lot of time with me, went around the lot, even after I thought I picked out what I wanted, he made sure I was satisfied with my decision. He checked in on me as my delivery day was his day off, that was very reassuring.Karyn Ingram is amazing as well. Focused, professional, and a great help during the whole leasing process. She is clearly knowledgable, yet speaks to customers in terms we can all relate to. Karyn puts her all into the financial office, and it shows. I have no idea how she stays so pleasant all dsy, she has a tough job! I didn't get to speak to Aaron Jacobs much during the lease process, but I know he was an integral part of making the numbers work, and making sure I was a happy customer. I personally met Aaron on my delivery day, I found him very pleasant, helpful and willing to go out of his way for customers. Ed checked in again even after delivery to make sure all was well. I will never shop anywhere else! More

Unbelievable Customer Service I cannot say enough about how I was treated this time (my 3rd time) purchasing a car from Imperial. Dave spent a lot of time with me making sure I go I cannot say enough about how I was treated this time (my 3rd time) purchasing a car from Imperial. Dave spent a lot of time with me making sure I got the car that was exactly right for me (along with his manager Aaron). Karyn, in finance, was just amazing and I felt like I was in very good hands when working with her. All of their efforts ensured that I got my car in time for my family vacation which I know was not an easy task when dealing with insurance companies and the registry. I felt like they really cared about my situation and were willing to do whatever humanly possible to make it happen in the time frame I needed. I truly appreciate all of their efforts, these people are a HUGE asset to your company. I have not felt this way when buying from Imperial in the past and honestly only went back because it is convenient. I am happy to say I am now a promoter of this dealership and will tell everyone I know about Karyn & Dave! Thank you once again and I love my new car!! More

Stars of the Day I purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee recently and almost immediately noticed some performance issues with the vehicle. I took the vehicle to the Service I purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee recently and almost immediately noticed some performance issues with the vehicle. I took the vehicle to the Service Dept. twice in one week. The Service Manager upgraded the software on the vehicle in the hopes of resolving the issue to no avail. I contacted my Sales Rep and told him that I didn't feel safe with the car - he told me to bring it back in. The Sales Manager met with me and told me that he "would do everything in his power to make it right". Those were not empty words. The entire team noted above worked with me to make it right. They took back the Cherokee and put me in a different vehicle. They made me feel like a queen. Not one person questioned me or made me feel inept. They were all so polite and nice - they are all walking, talking symbols of 'Customer Service'. I have some new best friends and they all work at Imperial Chrysler. More
