Any sense of anxiety that my wife and I had upon entering into such a significant purchase were swiftly laid to rest by Andy's calm and welcoming demeanor. The experience as a whole felt like a consultation centered on our needs as opposed to a barrage of tactics employed solely to achieve the dealers ends. Every aspect of this transaction was smooth and professionally handled. Also deserving of praise I must mention finance manager Jeff Vigor who,like Andy, provided a warm and welcoming experience guiding my wife and I through all the financial aspects of our purchase with transparency and patience. Without the typical egotism which is all to apparent with many in Mr. Vigor's position, Jeff showed himself to be a consummate professional in his field. Also, thank you to Sales Manager Marc Mastrioani who oversaw many aspects of our purchase and went to tremendous effort to ensure that we were able to buy a car that we love at a price that fit our budget. Imperial is THE best dealership I've ever worked with We got an automotive upgrade. We didn't have the money, but we also couldn't go through another winter unable to get up our own driveway. It turns out We got an automotive upgrade. We didn't have the money, but we also couldn't go through another winter unable to get up our own driveway. It turns out that paying out weekly saves about 14 months on a 5 year contract. We couldn't get a brand new car -- way above our pay grade, but it's a 2012 Jeep Patriot and it's just what we need. Not fancy, but it has 4WD when needed, gets respectable mileage otherwise. --- About Imperial's dealership in Mendon, MA. They are better than good. They're great. Not only do they have the MOST entertaining dealership anywhere -- it's like a museum with incredibly cool vintage car and pop culture stuff -- but they have amazing service. --- Andy found the right car, Karyn worked out the financing, AND they delivered the car to our house and took the old car away. All in a single afternoon. BIG thanks to Karyn and Andy who worked so hard to make sure we got ourselves into a vehicle we could almost afford -- and made the experience fun. I didn't think it was possible! --- This is the second car we've bought from Imperial and should we ever be in the market for another? We'll be back in a heartbeat. More
