We were very pleased with the service we received from Anand, he was very helpful and went out of his way to help us find the right vehicle for our needs. We had been searching for the right vehicle for a while and after stoping our search for a few days he called us up and had the perfect vehicle for us, we appreciate that he kept looking while we took a break. I priced at GM dealers all over Saskatchewan and these guys had the best deal advertised online and they stuck to it without any B.S. It was an easy and pleasant transaction. I've had past dealings with the city dealers and there's always a bunch of drama and was again when I tried this time, so Silver Sage Chev earned my business this time and most likely next time... as long as their price stays good.

I would recommend to anyone this dealership. Brian Peet was my sales consultant and made my new GMC Canyon Diesel purchase a pleasant non rushed experience and he was very customer centric. Robin Scott was my financial advisor and was very patient, friendly and knowledgeable and this also made it easy to complete the financial side of the purchase. I judge a company by its people and at this Saskatoon location Wheaton has great people that have been there for a long time and that says a lot about the company. I would also like to recognize the staff at the Wheaton Collision. Center. Darren and his staff always do a great job for me no matter if its a repair or to get a polish and some scratches fixed. I had never purchased a vehicle on my own before the sales team made me feel completely comfortable with it all, Dave had so much knowledge and experience on my 2017 Cruze LT, who would of thought a car could have so many bells and whistle but Dave was up on all the info and all the feature, Reuban had the all the answers to my questions "road blocks" that I was putting up, the whole experience of leasilng a new car for the first time was Awsome!!!! and in 33 months i will be going back to Mainline in Kindersley dropping off my keys and driving away in another new Car!!!

Looking for terrible service and rude salespeople/finance people go here they have the absolute worst customer service! No one has ever made me feel worse about my financial state they offered no help at all!

Back in the summer of 2016 I was pre-approved for $10,000 and was interested in a 2014 Chev Malibu originally priced at 9,900 with 140ish kms. This price was at least $1000 to high in comparison to other dealerships, and was told that they would not budge more than a couple hundred. I called back a month later and the vehicle was still on the lot and he informed me that they would be willing to settle on this price of 8,900. When I was getting ready to come in to sign papers I was told the total with tax and "admin fees" would be 9,600(ish) which included the admin fees of $350. I asked what this fee is for and was told that it covers the finance check, legal forms, lot fee, and ads. I explained to the salesman that this fee is up to each dealership and that some do not charge, as it is not a requirement. I informed the salesman that I would not be willing to pay this large amount based on the fact that they do not have to charge this; and that I had only spent 10 minutes with this company and had been the one who sought them out. I asked that the admin fee be waived or the amount of the Malibu be lowered $350, and I was told by the salesman that he is cancelling our transaction all together. Be weary of what your are paying for. I want to support local, but this is not good business. You are only obliged to pay taxes, and admin fees does not fall in this category.

The service staff diagnosed a complicated problem with my Equinox. They ensured before they returned the vehicle back to me it was fixed properly. The service manager called me and briefed me on the problem and again what should have been very costly made the price very reasonable. Thank Murray GM service dept. from a very satisfied customer.
Should have never gone there - Broken car
Whent there to look for a low km used car. The salesman told me the one I was looking at was a fully inspected And credifed car Gauranteed as standard Motors did all the service work on it since new.
I bought it and later found out the engine had a few to many liters of oil in it standard Motors drained it. It leakin oil like a sieve I was told they had problems with employees and in around about way was told my car my problem. Didn't even put on 1000 kms at the time. They said they will look into it and call me back in a day or two .that was over 2 months ago never call back when I stop by there it's always we'll look in to it

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - doodad
I Purchased a brand new vehicle from Shellbrook gm and have had it in the shop 6 times in 6 months! Everything from replaced differential to transfer case to Non working Onstar services to broken door lock mechanism. Nobody has wanted to help me. They keep putting everything off. GM CANADA not helpful either from not returning phone calls etc. You are on your own if you purchase a vehicle from these guys. It is extremely tiring. They basically wear you out so you give up. I am now stuck with a new vehicle that doesn't run and operate correctly for 7 long years! I do NOT recommend Shellbrook GM or GM.

We've purchased two vehicles with Dale and he's top notch. Pricing is a little funny with Mainline sometimes - seem to have great prices on their imports and their Chevs and GMs are a bit high, but nothing that can't be negotiated. Only downside to Mainline is the highway to Watrous from Saskatoon - terrible - but at least you get a true test drive for suspension!
