He was over the top professional from the start to the end, and made my wife (who had to drop it off before work) feel very comfortable and taken care of. The technician Connor did a fantastic job, and made sure the paperwork had everything he did, in great detail!

We had very good experience with the service department in Auto West BMW. Tony handled the service for our X3 several times. Every time he did a good job! The only issue is that the milage fee 25c per km is way higher than the gas price at the pump. Is the dealership trying to make money from the courtesy car?

Ok i made an appointment for my wife’s car, the first conversation on the phone the person immediately said its due for a brake and coolant flush. I immediately said no the vehicle is coming for an oil change with a brake check and fluids check. Of course they did not follow instructions and A guy named ASH quickly duped my wife into other services. Of course afterwards they are telling me all the thing they did free like required recall repairs by the manufacturer. An oil change at 385$ is already stupid. But to rip[ us off afterwards is just dumb. I will certainly never buy another bmw as a result. Or ever recommend the car. No estimate was ever printed and returned to the customer
