I have taken my vehicle to Langley Chrysler a few times and all the times have had a bad customer experience, especially by Angela @ Langley Chrysler Brought in my 2017 Ram with backup camera not working and all the times have had a bad customer experience, especially by Angela @ Langley Chrysler Brought in my 2017 Ram with backup camera not working well. Backup camera has been replaced by Langley Chrysler for the past 3 years - had photos to prove the backup camera was not working - Angela advised unless they see it for themselves they are not able to fix the issue. The diagnosis says there is nothing wrong with the backup camera. She advised for them to keep my vehicle for someone to drive it home and back to work for a few days on my gas to see if the backup camera works. Asked will you provide me with a loaner - advised "oh no we don't have loaners for the next 2 months" Left unsatisfied. Called Richmond Chrysler where I bought my vehicle - spoke to a customer service rep - explained the above. she advised to leave it with her and she would call me back - same day got a call back - had a loaner vehicle ready for me for the next day and advised the service dept will review the issue. At this point 2 days after I spoke with Angela, the back up camera was not working at all. Richmond Chrysler took my vehicle advised it wasn't the camera but the wiring harness which Angela advised would be a big job to fix. Richmond Chrysler fixed the issue the same day and was advised there was no rush to bring back the loaner till have the long weekend. Richmond Chrysler provided the BEST customer service and I WILL NOT be bringing my vehicle back to Langley Chrysler ever. SERVICE WAS EXTREMELY POOR More
Very professional had all the answers to my questions and concerns. Never at anytime did I feel pressured to make a decision. Took my Ram 1500 to this dealership to do warranty work and this is what there have done and when I said what is this ? Ed Braconnier the service manger and Joanne Callender service advisor said seens I didn't buy the truck from them there won't do anything else , I called Chrysler Canada and reported this issue and there are looking after me very well, if that was the case why did there even do the work at first place and when I wanted to talk to General manager Anthony Wiseman there told me that he is aware with the issue , all my trucks was serviced by them , very rude people , don't recommend anyone to this dealership More
Will never take my vehicle to the service department at Langley Chrysler. My daughters vehicle had an engine light on for six full days was told To drop it off. When they turn on the vehicle apparently the engine light wasn’t on. But they still checked it and charged her $250 and didn’t bother telling her that the engine light didn’t come on. Will never go there for service again, it’s not about customer service it’s all about the money. Buying cars there for the last 20 years and still don’t get nothing for free. We will be going elsewhere for service. More
Appalling service. Dropped off at 10.30 for an oil change, went back at 12.30 not been touched. How long are you supposed to sit there waiting for a simple oil change.
