I am generally a skeptical person especially with in a situation such as a vehicle purchase. I trusted what Nick was saying and when I left, I felt educated on the vehicle we were looking at and the process for determining all of the numbers. We came in to look at a 2015 Demo because of year end savings. We have decided on buying a new 2016 instead. I have been a satisfied Toyota driver since 1993, I live about 2 hours from London and I have dealt with the same sales associate for that entire time. If it was not for that existing relationship, I would be purchasing my next vehicle from Nick. I will be recommending Nick Sinko to potential vehicle buyers in the future. Positive Experience I bought a 2016 Highlander Limited with the idea of having a dependable SUV with 3 rows of seat for grandchildren transportation. This is my first To I bought a 2016 Highlander Limited with the idea of having a dependable SUV with 3 rows of seat for grandchildren transportation. This is my first Toyota within the last 45 years. I did have a 1969 Toyota Corona. I have driven many fine cars in the past including Volvo, BMW, Jaguar, Rover, Porsche and 6 Mercedes. We also had 2 Lexus RX 350's one of which was traded in for the Highlander. I found the dealership to be very honest and professional. The sales rep, Sylvia Donovan, was particularly pivotal in my choice of buying the Highlander. She was very friendly and honest. Moreover she was knowledgeable, resourceful and punctual. My overall impression of the purchase was very positive and I would highly recommend it to every serious buyer. As we were away a lot, we had only put on just a little over 1,000 km on the car so I couldn't say much about the long term driving impression. However, so far, it has been a great SUV in terms of driving comfort, road holding and dependability. More

Stranded and rescued by Jason at Toyota Town in London. After failing to receive a recall notice from Toyota Canada we found ourselves stranded low on oil after oil cooling lines burst. A call to the dealer got us Jason Defelice on the phone. Even though we hadn't had worked done at this dealership before, Jason worked us through the process, found our 2009 Highlander in the system and noted three recalls that hadn't been dealt with. He was very professional advising that they could get the vehicle in the same day and helped arrange towing while my wife and I went off to work. Much to our delight we picked up our vehicle that same day after the service area closed. The oil lines had been repaired and the other recall items dealt with. All we had to pay for was the tow which we have coverage for. All in all a great experience and we never even saw Jason. Talk about seamless. Thanks Toyota Town we will be back. More
