Baz simply presented the facts, explained the options in detail and allowed us to take time to discuss what would be best for us. We felt no pressure and this was truly the most enjoyable experience we have had purchasing a vehicle. When we went in to pick up our vehicle everything was ready and we just had to sign the paperwork. Above and Beyond We came in after test driving and comparing local competition and had narrowed it down to ours and one other. We presented our information and William responded with knowledge and was very personable and got us exactly what we were looking for. We ended up purchasing our Highlander that evening. He even waited for us to finish with another staff member after the dealership had closed and was attentive to our children and included them in the process to keep them engaged in the 'not so interesting' parts of the process. Throughout our purchase and delivery process (William even came in on his day off to make sure we were well taken care of) he was excited for us and was a very genuine guy. He is truly a people person, whom I would recommend to family and friends as often as I can! More
