I'd been to many dealerships between Whitby and Sarnia looking for someone who seemed to care about my business. I knew the exact car I wanted so I didn't need someone to sell me on the features and benefits...what I wanted was service. After all, I was handing over a sizeable amount of money. William was excellent throughout the whole experience. I could have purchased the car from anywhere but I drove all the way from Ajax to work with him. And the support team at Toyotatown were equally excellent. They called when they said they'd call. They returned emails quickly and my car was ready and waiting for me on pick up day. It's too bad I live so far away that I cannot take advantage of their service centre. Thank you William. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Prius! More
