Service & Appointment Review The Tech service is good. There is one serious draw back in making service appointments. If I were to drive the car in at say, 7:45 am in the mornin The Tech service is good. There is one serious draw back in making service appointments. If I were to drive the car in at say, 7:45 am in the morning, I can get the car back when it is done, say 2,3,..hours. But if I were to leave the car overnight for service, then the car would not be made available until the end of the day. This logic does not make sense to me as a customer n should be rectified. The car should be made available as soon as the work is done, no matter, when the car is dropped off, morning or overnight. I hope my feedback helps to rectify the situation! More

We called and booked an appointment with Shawn and he was waiting for us when we arrived. Our goal was to make a purchase that day, but to be honest we had planned to go to other dealerships. Shawn's product knowledge and attentiveness kept us at this dealership. His playful manner and sense of humour had us in stitches all morning!
