Charles is extremely detailed in making sure you understand everything and make sure you are comfortable in making any decisions. I never have experienced such excellent service anywhere. Charles even packaged and moved my all season tires himself (I got winter tires for the winter season) to ensure my car or the tires won't get any sort of damage to them. You can see that Charles actually have a huge passion for cars and that is enough to make that much of a difference. I returned my previous car in to the dealership and he even insisted on helping me personally move all my belongings to the new car. These guys go the extra mile to make their customers satisfied!
