Beware of RoadSportHonda Last year I have a starter problem and visited RoadsportHonda to have the starter replaced under manufacturer warranty. It was in early spring. Few mo Last year I have a starter problem and visited RoadsportHonda to have the starter replaced under manufacturer warranty. It was in early spring. Few months later I noticed that A/C doesn’t work completely. Service advisor told me that there is low refrigerant in the system without any leakage. This spring I went to the same location to have seasonal tire change. A month later I noticed the A/C system is not working again. This time they found low refrigerant with a leakage in condenser. They asked me about $1250 for brand new condenser. I have declined that offer and a couple of days later took my car to Canadian Tire. Canadian Tire found low refrigerant without any leakage. Two times I visited RoadSportHonda in early spring and both times A/C system problems happened just after my being there. How that happened that Honda mechanic found the “leakage” and Canadian Tire’s did not ? I think they discharged the system when A/C not in use because of cooler wheathear and nobody guess to check it right after visiting that facility. More

2 out of the last 3 times I have gotten my car services there I have had to go back. First because they forgot to give me back my wheel lock and reset my oil gauge.second because they didn't reprogram the there I have had to go back. As well I specifically asked for full synthetic oil and received Hondas blended synthetic oil mix. Good service is about the details road sport seems to have forgotten that. I will be taking my honda to Markham Honda from now on. More

I went during their advertised sale. they were very busy but Chillie was very good. He did not use my time in unproductive talk. He asked me what I was looking for.
