After buying the car on Tuesday, it was ready for pick-up by Thursday. I worked with Qi Li (Chili) to arrange for the delivery. He is so kind and friendly. He understood the excitement I was feeling to be buying my first new car. He really made me feel so special by going out of his way to make sure I was 100% satisfied. He personally power washed the car, took me to Clive to get the all-weather mats and then carried the mats out and installed them in my car. He immediately ordered and delivered all the extras I requested. I look forward to going back and working with my new Roadsport Family - Eddy, Qi Li, Clive and the others for all the maintenance needs. As a first time buyer, the Roadsport Honda dealership made the entire experience completely hassle-free and enjoyable. More

Terrible Alignment service I had gone to get my car aligned and was looking for a place where it would be serviced for a fairly good price. I had just gotten new tires installed I had gone to get my car aligned and was looking for a place where it would be serviced for a fairly good price. I had just gotten new tires installed and that same day, went to get the alignment. After the alignment, I noticed my car was pulling to the right and it was incredibly difficult for me to drive it. I took my car back to Roadsport and requested it be fixed. Instead of a quick fix, I was berated by the customer service representative and told that the cars fault was not of their own, but due to the BRAND NEW car tires I had just installed that day! I then explained that the tires were new and had not experienced this problem before the alignment, to which the representative told me that "there was nothing they could do" unless I paid another $100 dollars on top of the $160 dollars I had just spent to get the alignment in the first place! I promptly refused and they went ahead with the alignment after which my car was working fine. The technicians lied to me stating there was a problem with my car just to get more money from me. In reality I could have been swindled for their poor work on my car. More

Will made sure that I understood what's required, the duration of the service and the other probable services that I may consider. He provided his opinion without any pressure and made what I believe to be thoughtful suggestions given the mileage on record and my driving habits. I was very impressed that he had spoken with the mechanic in charge and apprised me of the state of the van in general, specifically the brakes. In my over 17 years of services at various Honda dealerships, Ii don't recollect anyone taking the effort to keep me advised of the various Honda cars/vans I took into service. Much appreciated and keep up the good work Will. More
