I've heard from various individuals their experiences with other Honda dealerships/service centres and you wouldn't catch me near one of them for not only their unfriendliness but their dishonesty, something I also experienced before I purchased my first CRV back in 1999. I must say though that there are only a few of the people I trust the most left at this location and it's those individuals that keep me coming back. PLEASE don't ever leave!!!!!! These certain individuals should be commended for their friendliness and concerns for their customers and as for Tiger, he helped me through a very tough time for me last year when I lost my vehicle due to unforeseen issues - but Tiger was there to help me through his "Honda" therapy and guided me to the right person and that's when I bought my second CRV which I just love!!! As for service, I feel at home and I'm always greeted with a smile. Please Roadsport Honda, don't ever let your precious employees go anywhere else, they belong there. People like Charles are hard to come by at dealerships I've had plenty of experience purchasing from private sales and dealerships and can spot a stealership or scam salesperson from a mile away. Charles @ Roadsport Honda is the complete opposite of that and comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Many salespeople only care about the sale. They get the commission and you're garbage to them afterwards. The difference with Charles is that he's honest and actually cares about what your best fit is, not only for the vehicle, but also financially. He will actually sit down with you and is willing to take time and calculate your financial options. Metrics are explained very carefully in layman terms (if you aren't good with math). I've never met a vehicle salesperson who actually tries to save the customer money. He also has extensive knowledge of leasing and financing. As long as Charles is at Roadsport Honda, I'll never go anywhere to buy a Honda again. Just for reference, I was given lower offers at other dealerships and I still purchased from him. He really is that good. Go in and meet him for yourself...you won't be disappointed. I didn't take delivery of my vehicle yet so I can update the review once it's received. UPDATE: I just took delivery of my vehicle and Charles was just as detailed as before the sale. He walked me through the entire car and demoed all the features again. He was patient and explained everything very clearly. From the paperwork to the walkthrough, every little thing was outlined in extreme detail. The car was delivered in perfect condition. He is truly an asset to the company and an absolute pleasure to work with. More
