He got to know us and made sure we got the car that matched our needs and wishes. The rest of the Northstar staff helped us make the whole experience easy and informative. I appreciated one of the staff reviewing all the technical aspects of all the bells and whistles on our new car before I drove it off the lot. Great experience without the extra sales pressure I dealt with Adam for the purchase of my 2016 Escape. He was very understanding and figured out that I wanted to talk about the Escape and not go int I dealt with Adam for the purchase of my 2016 Escape. He was very understanding and figured out that I wanted to talk about the Escape and not go into great detail (I did a lot of research ahead of time). He was also great to talk to while we waited for things to progress. The folks supporting us were great as well. I dealt with the body shop on my trade in and everything was accommodated.
