Knowledgable on specialty SVT products I came into Northstar looking to order a very specific mustang. Jason not only knew the details of the current model (2015) but the (then future) 2016 I came into Northstar looking to order a very specific mustang. Jason not only knew the details of the current model (2015) but the (then future) 2016 model GT350 that I ordered. I have found that almost all sales persons are not this familiar with their products, particularly the performance ones. Jason is. F150 to focus to Shelby he has an answer for me. The ordering process was smooth and the only issues I had with Northstar was from an manager who is no longer with them. I found when it came time to make the deal Jason was honest with me and as a result things when smoothly. The car arrived as ordered with no issues.
