Employee Recognition - Scott Lepsenyi Exceptional Service After dropping off my truck for routine service I remember going home and telling my wife how the service rep I had dealt with in all likeliness would After dropping off my truck for routine service I remember going home and telling my wife how the service rep I had dealt with in all likeliness wouldn't be there the next time as I really felt he cared too much about me getting what I was entitled to with Fords pre-purchase service program. He went over all details making sure I got all that I was entitled to. He really cared. Scott Lepsenyi was the service rep I dealt with. On this last visit, thinking I was going to get charged big time for transmission issues, Scott was there to reassure me that he was confident that all issues would be covered by warrantee and they were. It was a nice change believing there was support on the customer side and not feeling one was going to be hit hard because the warrantee void for one reason or another. Even if I did have to pay, Scott really made me feel he was looking after me - That's Service in my book. More

It was ok but my truck has a news issue I took my not even a year old truck in for their maintenance and all seemed good until the next day when my remote started stopped working and my engi I took my not even a year old truck in for their maintenance and all seemed good until the next day when my remote started stopped working and my engine light went on. Now I have to go back. Hopefully it's just a fluke. Mitch was great but the need to bring the truck back is a sour point. More

Good considerate service I was happy with the service I got. I would have preferred if they had have called me that night to tell me the vehicle would be ready the next day bu I was happy with the service I got. I would have preferred if they had have called me that night to tell me the vehicle would be ready the next day but I got the dealership rate on a rental vehicle, so this was not really a big issue. The service agent was very helpful and I got good service. More
