Great Service My wife and I were having difficulty managing the remote entry systems on our 3 year old Explorer. A friend that may or may not charge me money to look at my car depending on if it was covered by warranty, but a friend none the less! There's a couple other grumpadumps that work there. Cassandra is not one of them. She's a good egg. Probably deserves a raise I would wager. But that's unlikely, so in lieu of the money she so richly deserves I would recommend she receives 11 crisp high fives a day for a week, and 2 get out of jail free cards, to be used should something go awry. Can't fire Cassy, she's got 2 free passes! More

Liane Asquin was fantastic to deal with and answered any questions I had and even provided me with information that I was not aware of since I am still getting accustomed to my vehicle. I read reviews prior to bring my vehicle to Northstar and it had great customers reviews and I can certainly attest to the service I received from Liane. Never been to a better place so focused on customer service. THANK YOU LIANE!!!!! More
