My New Car Experience I was highly impressed with the work ethic of the sales force and management at Mainland Ford. They helped me get out a high interest loan and got me into a brand new Ford Fusion at an extremely low interest rate with minimal increase to my payments. I originally dealt with James but he was not there on the purchase date. Nigel stepped in admirably and kept going back to get a vehicle in the payment range. Ashley also went and got me a lower price on the added maintence package to accommodate my finances. I havent gone back to a ford dealship to get a car since 1991 when i had a bad experience with Richport Ford. Anybody i know looking for a Ford vehicle, i would send them to MAinland Ford to deal with sales guys there. More

The next day my wife and I visited the dealership, where we met James, he helped us chose the right vehicle for us. There was no pressure, James was very patient and helpful.
