All the workers are really friendly and are always ready to help with a smile. Not like some dealerships where the workers are lazy and look grumpy all the time.

My Review Of Maple Ridge Volkswagen:

We had an amazing experience at this dealer. David P. and Chris had a no-nonsense, transparent approach to negotiating and were the ONLY dealer in Vancouver, Tri-Cities area willing to secure the only RED Tiguan left in Canada from Ontario.

They got the ball rolling as soon as we got the paperwork signed and had our car just in time for our trip to Calgary. Not only did we get regular status updates from David, he also was more than willing to entertain my million and 1 questions.

Not only are we happy with our brand new vee-dub, we can't stress how awesome Maple Ridge, Chris and David P were. We are exceptionally satisfied.

My Review Of Maple Ridge Volkswagen:

Love the Jetta! Our first BRAND NEW CAR to drive. Our Sales guy was overtly concerned with us having a good experience and getting a car we could enjoy.
Adam continues to be helpful and greets us before we can even get 10 feet from the car when we stop by the dealership.

My Review Of Maple Ridge Volkswagen:

Really disappointed by my experience here.
Drive all the way out to Maple Ridge from Vancouver to test drive a car....that turned out to not be on the lot.
A lot of vague answers as to why I had been led to believe otherwise in SEVERAL phone conversations with the dealer.
Clearly they just wanted me to come out to there to see if they could sell me another (inferior) vehicle.
Then wasted my time trying to get me to test drive other cars, that were not what I was looking for.
Felt like I was being played the whole time.
I would not recommend this dealership.
