Service experiences My experiences with this dealer started when they were Dams and continues with Mainland (same service staff). I originally started my experience with this dealer when i owned a 2008 f-350 king ranch diesel and continue to get my 2015 f-350 king ranch diesel serviced there. I am not a mechanic but am quite knowledgeable on this. As such originally I would ask questions knowing the answer just to see what I was told. In dealing most often with Mark Li I have found him to be quite knowledgeable . His experiences in this field go beyond his dealership. I find this refreshing as I can't build confidence with them if I no more than they do. There has been occasions that they did not have the answers and instead of just saying something just to fill space they actually researched and found the proper solution. Very rare in my experiences. As well I never get pushed on anything. They explain what services are recomended by ford and why and let me decide. If I said no , that was the end of it. I like that. Essentially my service experiences with this dealer with my 2008 inparticular led me to purchase my 2015 with mainland and continue to use this dealer for service. More

Bob Bullock went above and beyond for me I was having some issues with mainland ford and made a complaint and once Bob bullock found out he called me and emailed me right away and not only fi I was having some issues with mainland ford and made a complaint and once Bob bullock found out he called me and emailed me right away and not only fixed my problem when I was leaving his office he asked me what was my plans for the day and told him needed to buy one of those mini Segways for someone's Christmas present and so happens mainland ford was giving away Segways on select purchases and gave me a new one for free and said merry Christmas.. needless to say if you ever have an issue with service just give Bob a call.. No communication, tries to sucker you in to purchase. So after receiving one too many emails from Canada Drives, I decide to look into it. Went into meet them. Was a mistake, just a waste of time. They badmouthed the other company I have my financed vehicles with, told me it was impossible to make a deal without me turning over my 2 financed vehicles for 1. Told me other options that were stupid, such as get a newer car (not necessarily new/new) and then an old car so I could keep 2 cars, but the detail is, all I am looking to do is get a better rate. I have 2 2012 Cars, and not badly equipped or crappy either, they are low millage and looking new, its all about the rate and type of cars if possible. They strung me along for at least 2 weeks with me texting and calling as asking, and they delayed and told me we are almost ready you are going to like the deal, etc... Then I finally waited long enough, called a final time (from a different phone number) and got the sales guy, who stumbled and at lot of "uh, ah...uh" but told me it was not workable (meaning to their advantage to skin me alive). Worst problem, is once I called in and another colleague of his who did not know me, pretended to know me, and said "So what can I do to get you burning some gas?" They also called the dealership who gave me finance on the 2 other vehicles all sorts of names, and said one of them was in-house financing (which it is) as a hook, they wanted me hooked with them, and that in-house financing did nothing for my credit... Except I checked around and called Credit Tracking companies, and the other dealer with their in-house finance does report on monthly to my credit so it is just the same as any other finance, they just made it work, unlike these guys who promise you the world and... deliver nothing... Waste of time... More

Baiters Mainland Ford has to be the most incompetent dealership I have dealt with. They called me wanting to purchase my vehicle I had posted on Craigslist. J Mainland Ford has to be the most incompetent dealership I have dealt with. They called me wanting to purchase my vehicle I had posted on Craigslist. Jeff told me he would give me asking price, or close to it. I show up at the meeting to find out he no longer works there. All of a sudden they offer me half of what we discussed on the phone. Nigel I am not your 'bro', as you kept calling me. They don't even have offices to speak with some privacy. Sat me in the middle of the showroom. Not worth the drive, time and headache to visit this dealer. More

There was some confusion about the price early on but they adher Purchased a used Buick from Mainland. Very professional staff saw to all my concerns. There was some confusion about the price early on but they adhered to the quoted price on their web-site. They provided all the additional items they promised and helped out when a new second key set sourced at a local GM dealer needed replacement. Very pleased with the purchase overall. More

Nate, didn't stop looking and trying EVERY avenue to get me into a reliable, decent and affordable car. Nigel and Zia (sp?) gave me alot of options and walked me through the process to get me the best deal, for my budget. I LOVE my 2014 Ford Fusion and even after the delivery, they check in on me to ensure all is still well and that I am happy with my purchase. Would highly recommend to anyone. More
