Service Department - Not great with Customer Service Outcome is still pending, so my rating could improve, but so far they "fixed" my vehicle without solving the problem. It was a comfortable experience, no pressure, respected I went to this dealership on a Sunday afternoon and no one looked after us. we wandered around the lot, looking at cars, there were a couple of salesm I went to this dealership on a Sunday afternoon and no one looked after us. we wandered around the lot, looking at cars, there were a couple of salesmen in the lot but no one even said hi. I looked up on the website and noticed a car I was very interested in so we came back to see if we would get better service. Yes we did, Peter noticed us and he looked after us very well. I had a list of cars I wanted to try, I told him my special need requirements and he met them. He was courteous, respectful and worked at getting me a good deal.
