He explained all the features of the vehicle thoroughly and made sure we understood what he was explaining. In presenting his offer, he was very thorough. He responded quickly to our request for further information. His offer was fair and we accepted. In receiving the vehicle, Luke made sure that we knew how to operate all the features. This took some doing with Ed but Luke was very patient in his explanations.. Luke was very informative, thorough, and pleasant during the whole process of us buying the vehicle. He made sure that we were very satisfied with the purchase and indicated he would be available anytime if we had any questions or concerns. We are very satisfied with Luke and Harris Mazda. Not only did this vehicle out perform every other new vehicle in its class but the experience I had with the sales team at Harris Mazda was above and beyond what I could have asked for. The relaxed approach Kurt took with me was a relief when compared with the pushy one-liners many of the other dealership sales guys kept feeding me. Kurt knew the vehicle was outstanding and let the product speak for itself, all while providing me with knowledgeable answers to the many questions I had. He encouraged me to do my research and give the purchase some serious thought. Kurt, Doug, and Robert all made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole purchase process. Any issues (such as getting the windows tinted) I had post-sale were dealt with promptly. This type of follow up reflects the exceptional service that I am greeted with every time I walk into Harris Mazda. Not only am I happy with my current Mazda but I will also be looking to purchase future vehicles from Kurt and the supporting team at Harris Mazda. More

Turned a bad experience into a STELLAR ONE!! My first interaction with Harris Mazda and a certain employee who no longer works there (for very obvious reasons so worry not, you will not run into My first interaction with Harris Mazda and a certain employee who no longer works there (for very obvious reasons so worry not, you will not run into them) wasn't the best.......but........... After getting in contact with Tyler while still in Ontario he promised to change things around and "make things right" and even went as far as sending me a letter stating as such. We kept in contact and when I arrived I let him know I would be coming in and that I would definitely need to be handled with kid gloves after the last time! I can HONESTLY tell you that despite a long day he did not disappoint or back down on that promise and was more than STELLAR!! It was like dealing with family and it wasn't just chatting about cars and trim levels. He cared and was great through the whole process from start to finish and even went as far as helping to relocate my daughters car seat into the new car! We had Doug step up and look everything over and was super funny and amazing as well as David who went over the financials talked hockey while we waited and made it as painless a process as could be. If I have any recommendations as to whom you should deal with I am team Tyler the whole way.......it was like getting the chance to hang out with my brother for the day and ending up with a new car! They more than made up for any issues or troubles in the past and I am grateful and happy that I came in!! More
