POOR SERVICE PROVIDED! !!!... The service departments provided unsatisfactory workmanship on my Dodge Caravan. They replaced the driver-side door actuator and informed me th !!!... The service departments provided unsatisfactory workmanship on my Dodge Caravan. They replaced the driver-side door actuator and informed me that everything was functioning properly upon release. Trusting that a qualified technician performed the repair, I only checked if the door opened, which it did. However, I later discovered that the window open/close switch was installed incorrectly—upside down—and was not operational. Additionally, the heated seat switch was not working. This situation resulted in a two-day delay to my planned trip to Toronto. It appears the vehicle was returned without a comprehensive quality or performance check. While their assurances were positive, the overall service did not meet expectations. More

This dealership use to be really good I’ve bought many vehicles from them originally dealing with Brett Lauder then on to Brent Calvin both awesome guys and great service but the new manager Will definite vehicles from them originally dealing with Brett Lauder then on to Brent Calvin both awesome guys and great service but the new manager Will definitely isn’t filling there shoes plus there doesn’t seem to be any warranty my truck has 28k on it and the batteries are screwed I have to boost it every second day minimum had it in there shop everything is good can’t find anything wrong even after I said there is a bad battery take my truck home and back to boosting it take it to another shop immediately they say the batteries are no good take it back to dodge they tell me it’s two or three days to look at it after some fighting they check the batteries again and they are good so I talk to CJ Thomas who in my opinion is one of the only ones left that’s good and he fights to get me new batteries now truck is good Last time my truck was in there shop they found that the wiring harness was worn through because the spare tire pinched but I stat of changing the harness on a new pickup they splice it back together so I’m sure once it’s off warranty I will be stuck with wiring issues splices in this country on trucks that are in salt and mud all the time don’t work but there is no one to fight for the right thing since Tony left the service department which was a huge loss also as he was an amazing guy to deal with I also have another truck that I’ve been asking for a price on extended warranty for a month and have asked 3 times for a price and I can’t get a call back no wonder there’s no warranty in there shop they won’t even take my money for warranty I have bought 15 trucks from them I don’t price check just go in and order another truck I do 100% of my services here and 100% of my repairs here so I consider myself a pretty good and loyal customer but this is definitely my last More
