The service department seems to no longer do video here. I had to drop my car off twice this year and the text stated that I will recieve a video of the inspection but both time I received nothing. I was quoted $4500 for a repair and was then told that it was $6300 when I went to pick up the car. And after all of that, it still had the same problem and they would not fix it.
